Gallon Rubbermaid

Need Help With ICK! PLEASE?
Ok so I have a 20 gallon high tank. I had 2 neon tetras in there they developed a bad case of ick. So I moved them to a small 3 gallon rubbermaid (I cleaned it). My problem ofcourse is I didnt use my other aquarium water (my bad) there not doing so swell. My other problem is that I have corys back in the 20 Gallon and I know that the tank is infected, but I don’t really know what to do because I can’t tell if they have ick. They dig in the sand all day so the sand kind of looks like ick.
I have quick cure. What should I do to get rid of the ick on the fish and in the tank/corys. I would assume atleast one of my 5 corys have ick.
20 Gallon: 5 Peppered Corys (Ick infested waters)
3 Gallon Rubbermaid: 2 Ick infested Neon Tetras
MY WATER QUALITY IS FINE! Everything is good except a higher ph of 7.8 (thats how our tap is).
I HAD 4 MORE NEON TETRAS, BUT THEY DIED SO I PLAN TO GET MORE IF THESE SURVIVE
tablespoon of sea salt
